Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking an IOS Project Engineer in Colchester to lead engineering and technical assurance across the project lifecycle. You will work with the Project Manager and delivery teams to ensure designs, construction and commissioning meet governance and safety standards.

Who are we? The Integrated Operational Solution contract is a 5-year programme valued at approximately £444 million, delivering specialist water and water recycling projects.
This role involves managing projects under the NEC3 contract suite, with a focus on Option E (Pre-Contract Planning) and Option A (Priced Contract with Activity Schedule). The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and delivery teams to ensure robust management of contractual obligations and compliance with Anglian Water’s governance standards. The role is employed by Anglian Water and involves working in partnership with our framework partners Barhale, Kier, and MGroup.
You will be responsible for providing engineering leadership and technical assurance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are developed, designed, constructed and commissioned in accordance with business requirements, regulatory obligations, governance standards and health & safety expectations. The role works collaboratively with internal stakeholders, contractors and delivery partners to develop solutions, manage risk, assure technical compliance and deliver sustainable business outcomes that provide value to customers and the business.
