Job description

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will assist Project Managers in delivering Smoke Ventilation and Fire Alarm Systems, requiring industry experience and confident communication with clients, project managers, and senior management.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver risk and method statements
2. Compile detailed project reports including quality and progress updates
3. Assist the accounts department with project-related debt
4. Maintain good cost control across projects and advise the business on profit/loss
5. Communicate effectively with subcontractors
6. Ensure resource availability in line with client schedules and monitor progress
7. Ensure all information and certification for FDS life safety installed systems is prepared, accurate, and issued promptly

Requirements

1. Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, willing to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues
2. Self-motivated with a commitment to the company's vision and values
3. Smart, presentable appearance
4. Ability to manage multiple discipline projects
