We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Building Services Mechanical and Electrical Project Engineer to join Hulley SFM. The role involves delivering M&E installations and conducting site inspections, alongside Supervisor and Commissioning Manager duties on Education, Healthcare, and Commercial projects.
Location and Working Hours:
Based at our Head Office in Glasgow, this full-time position entails 37.5 hours per week, with work being office and site-based. Flexibility is essential as the role requires travel and project management throughout Scotland.
Qualifications and Experience:
You should have a mechanical or electrical engineering apprenticeship or equivalent, demonstrating significant knowledge and experience in delivering and managing building services Mechanical and Electrical installations across various construction projects.
Technical Skills:
You will possess the ability to carry out compliance and commissionability reviews on MEP construction packages, produce reports, and discuss findings with design teams. Proficiency in IT skills for producing and issuing site reports, managing multiple contractors' CDE portals, and using AutoCAD is required.
