Roles & Responsibilities

1. Monitor KPI and scope tracking
2. Manage risk and coordinate with onsite-offshore teams
3. Create and update project schedules
4. Conduct input studies as per checklists
5. Execute tasks following standard procedures
6. Perform self-reviews using checklists
7. Ensure on-time, high-quality project execution
8. Drive productivity improvements

Work Experience & Skills

• Experience with Part Transfer and SAP (mandatory)
• Ability to coordinate with internal/external customers
• Experience in continuous improvement and lean management
• Proven initiative and proactive attitude
• Previous experience with American aerospace companies
• Familiarity with design, especially Aero-Engine components
• Strong communication skills for interacting with suppliers, engineers, and management
• Comfort with multiple software systems
• Ability to generate continuous improvement ideas
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Part Qualification, Non-Conformance Management
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (including macros, pivot tables, VB coding)
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Self-motivated, disciplined, organized, and focused on repetitive tasks
