Act as a technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams, communicating progress and issues clearly. Champion Health & Safety by preparing/reviewing RAMS, enforcing site rules, and promoting safe working practices at all times. Carry out quality inspections and snagging, ensuring works meet the required standard before handover. Mentor and provide technical guidance to Security Engineers and Trainee Engineers. Manage tools, test equipment, and company property, ensuring they are maintained and calibrated where required. Travel to customer sites as required to support delivery and resolve technical issues. Continuously develop technical knowledge and contribute to improving installation processes and best practice.
