Our ambitious projects help address challenges in waste and water infrastructure, flooding, and water quality. As part of our Technical and Contract Service team, we aim to serve our customers and water resources effectively.

We are seeking a Project Engineer to support our Treatment teams within the West Capital delivery team of the Technical and Contract Services (TCS) division.

Role Overview

The Project Engineer will operate across the West side of the Severn Trent area, primarily in Warwickshire, Worcestershire, and Gloucestershire, with flexibility to support other locations as needed. The role involves managing a diverse program of capital maintenance projects for Waste and Water, including site activities like pump replacements, station refurbishments, and civils work. Stakeholder management and project lifecycle oversight are key components.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources.
• Drive project plans, ensure milestone delivery, and report progress to the Lead Project Manager.

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication, team, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in managing multiple projects or programs.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards, IOSH managing safely, contractor management, and CDM 2015.
• Ability to travel independently to various sites within the region.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a caring approach.
