Bilfinger UK is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead EPC/EPCM infrastructure projects in the UK. You will define the project execution strategy, develop the execution plan and coordinate resources, teams and third parties to deliver safely, on time and within budget.
You will drive commercial and change management, monitor performance, report forecasts, and hold the project team to account while seeking opportunities to improve procedures and drive growth within the organisation.
Be accountable for project safety, programme and budgets; identify the overall project execution strategy; develop and own the project execution plan. Be responsible for coordinating project resources. Coordinate the project team and third‑parties. Lead on commercial and change management. Undertake internal BUK and external monitoring, reporting and forecasting. Holding the rest of the project team to account for their delivery, motivation and management of team.
