Bigblue in London is seeking an experienced Project Director / Client Relations Principal to lead senior-level client relationships, identify opportunities and ensure an exceptional client experience. The role sits at the front end of the business, shaping opportunities and coordinating with internal teams to convert them into successful projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Commercial Design & Build or related sector.
• Proven track record with senior client relationships.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Director / Client Relations Principal to join a leading global workplace Design & Build business.

This is a highly client-focused position, responsible for developing senior-level relationships, identifying new opportunities and ensuring existing clients continue to receive an exceptional experience.

Rather than being focused on day-to-day site delivery, the role sits at the front end of the business , building relationships, understanding client requirements, shaping opportunities and working with internal teams to convert them into successful projects.

The Role

• Build and develop long-term relationships with key clients and prospective clients.


• Act as a trusted advisor on workplace strategy, design and delivery.

About You

You will ideally have 10+ years' experience within Commercial Design & Build, workplace design, architecture, commercial real estate or a closely related sector.

You should bring:

• A proven track record of developing senior client relationships.


• Experience of generating new opportunities and repeat business.


• Excellent presentation, pitching and negotiation skills.


• Confidence engaging with C-suite and senior client stakeholders.


• A good understanding of the Commercial D&B project lifecycle.


• The ability to bring internal teams together around the client's requirements.
