• Proven experience leading preconstruction and work-winning activity on D&B workplace projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial office CAT B delivery.
• Experience securing projects in the £10m-£30m range.
• Exceptional presentation, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial intelligence coupled with strong design awareness.
• Natural gravitas and credibility in front of clients, consultants and senior decision-makers.

As demand continues to grow, we're looking for a commercially sharp, client-obsessed Preconstruction Director who can sit at the front end of major workplace opportunities and turn relationships into revenue.

You'll lead the pursuit and conversion of major CAT B workplace projects typically ranging from £10m to £30m+, working alongside some of the industry's strongest design, commercial and delivery teams.
