We're looking for a Project Director to join our build team based in London.

Location: London

Contract: Full time, Permanent

What will you be responsible for?

As a Project Director, you will be in a leadership position overseeing the delivery of projects valued from £50m to £100m. These projects are within the Custodial, Residential, and Commercial Sectors for Kier Strategic Projects. Your responsibilities include monitoring build progress, overseeing finances, and ensuring quality delivery. You will provide leadership and direction to Project Managers to implement these actions.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing the pre-construction phase against programme readiness for the construction phase.
• Managing operational communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies.
• Implementing the project plan and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Managing multidisciplinary teams to meet client expectations.
• Providing timely and accurate progress reports to the client.

This role requires a highly experienced individual in major projects. You should demonstrate:

• Strong technical and operational credentials within tier 1 construction sectors.
• Ability to manage budgets, programmes, and resources.
• Ability to manage senior teams.
• Experience delivering similar schemes.
