Project Director

I am currently working with a Tier One Residential Developer, who has an opportunity for a Project Director to work on a major new build residential scheme with several years of work. This project is a large-scale mixed-use development in North West London, which will include 3 new build RC frame blocks. Our client is looking for someone who has overseen multiple large-scale projects from start to finish as the No.1.

About the role of Project Director

Looking for a Project Director who can join the senior team to work on a new build project, overseeing the entire build process. You would oversee a team of Managers, including Engineers and Project Managers, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget.

Responsibilities for Project Director

• Work on a flagship project for a tier one main developer.
• Conduct client meetings, collaborate with design teams, manage site managers, and ensure the programme is adhered to.
• Take responsibility for all aspects of the project, including commercial and technical considerations.
