Job summary

TRIBUILD SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a prestigious Grade II Listed refurbishment in the City of London. You will have overall responsibility for project performance and provide leadership across construction, commercial, design and technical services teams.

The role requires a strong client-facing leader capable of driving programme, quality, safety and commercial performance while managing the complexities of a major listed-building

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex refurbishment, fit-out or major construction projects.
• Strong track record in Central London delivery.
• Experience with Grade II listed refurbishment is advantageous.

Tribuild is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a prestigious 40m Grade II Listed refurbishment in the City of London.

You’ll have overall responsibility for project performance, providing leadership across construction, commercial, design and technical services teams.

The role requires a strong client-facing leader capable of driving programme, quality, safety and commercial performance while managing the complexities associated with a major listed-building refurbishment.

We’re looking for an established Project Director with a strong track record delivering complex commercial refurbishment, fit-out or major construction projects in Central London.

Salary: 120k- 140k, dependent on experience.
