We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Project Director to lead the delivery of a flagship residential development comprising 250 high-specification units in West London. This is a career-defining opportunity to join a Tier One main contractor with a reputation for excellence and innovation in large-scale urban regeneration and residential projects.

As Project Director, you will take full responsibility for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of the project, reporting directly to the Regional Director. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of project delivery from pre-construction through to completion and handover
• Lead and manage the site team, including project managers, engineers, commercial staff, and subcontractors
• Maintain close control of programme, budget, and resources
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and delivery expectations are met
• Champion health and safety, quality assurance, and sustainability standards across the project
• Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all contractual and legal obligations

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager delivering major residential schemes (£50m+)
• Experience working for a Tier One main contractor on large urban developments
• Exceptional leadership, commercial, and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, H&S standards, and construction best practices
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
