Job summary

Saltire Team Gymnastics is seeking a Project Development Manager to drive the club’s ambition for a new gymnastics facility in Scotland. You will work with staff, coaches and board members to advance the project from feasibility through planning, consent and option appraisal to delivery.

Key focus areas include managing planning applications, liaising with local authorities, and coordinating stakeholders to ensure the project remains on time and within budget while maintaining the club's

Qualifications

• Experience with new buildings, project development, planning permission, and sports development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facility project from feasibility and option appraisal through to delivery.
• Coordinate planning processes, approvals and liaison with local authorities.

Job description

Saltire Team Gymnastics club are looking for a Project Development Manager to drive their ambition of a new gymnastics’ facility forward. You will work alongside a commited team of staff, coaches and board members to make a real difference to the development of the club. Your job includes; leading the facility project through planning and consent such as planning applications, change of use, and all liaison with the local authority. Overall the club is looking for someone who can help lead the facility project from feasibility and option appraisal through to the point of delivery.
