Job summary

The West Group Ltd is seeking an engineering project manager in the UK to drive NPD and manage product development from concept to delivery. You will design, specify materials, and procure using SAP while promoting the company product range.

You will create 2D drawings and 3D models, conduct risk assessments, and ensure work adheres to internal NPD procedures. The role requires hands-on engineering capability and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in an engineering environment.
• Experience specifying pneumatic equipment.
• Apprentice-trained or degree-qualified engineer.
• Strong hands-on capability and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of BS4500/BS8888 and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador for The West Group Ltd and promote a positive image.
• Manage projects from concept to delivery in a high quality, timely and profitable manner.
• Specify materials and services and procure using SAP.
• Promote and apply TWG product range through engineered design.
• Create 2D drawings and 3D models and conduct risk assessments.
• Travel as required and ensure compliance with NPD procedures.
