Project Delivery Sponsor

The Role

Strategic Alignment:

• Ensure that the project aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

• Communicate the project's importance and value to stakeholders and team members.

Leadership and Governance:

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the project.

• Establish project governance structures and processes to support effective decision-making and accountability.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the main point of contact between the project team and the broader organization.

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.

Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and manage risks that could impact the project's success.

• Develop strategies to mitigate or resolve these risks.

Decision Making:

• Make critical decisions regarding the project's direction, priorities, and changes.

• Provide guidance and resolve conflicts that may arise within the project team or with stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor the project's progress against the established goals, timelines, and budgets.

• Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.

Benefit Realization:

• Ensure that the project delivers the expected benefits and value to the organization.

• Oversee the transition from project completion to operational implementation, ensuring sustainability and ongoing improvement.

This position is hybrid with some time spent onsite, at our Client’s office and at home. Your own transport is essential as the site is based in Helensburgh.
