Job Description:

As a key member of the Delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating the operation and upgrade of various sites within the client's portfolio. This varied role requires excellent communication and organisational skills to succeed.

  • Act as the Intelligent Customer for client Outstations.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to meet capability requirements.
  • Monitor the delivery programme and ensure remedial actions are completed on time.
  • Manage Outstation requirements, projects, and VBA budget.
  • Coordinate Outstation bids in line with the delivery programme.
  • Collaborate with DIO and stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
  • Perform other Outstation-related tasks as assigned.
Skills / Experience Required:
  • Proficiency in MS O365.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Organisational skills and ability to work independently.
Additional Information:

The successful candidate must obtain Security clearance, being a UK national. The role offers hybrid working from home and the Assystem Office.
