Job Description:

Are you an experienced Project Manager or Delivery Manager with a passion for delivering impactful change in the insurance industry or within US markets? We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, ideally PRINCE2 certified (or equivalent), to lead the delivery of innovative product propositions and services across the UK, Europe, and USA.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan and develop project scope.
  • Create and lead a virtual team.
  • Monitor project progress and set deadlines, overcoming any obstacles which may arise.
  • Manage the project budget and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Leading the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to BAU handover.
  • Collaborating with insurer partners, brokers, and internal teams.
  • Enabling our customers to achieve their growth targets by using data insights and aligning project outcomes with strategic business goals.
  • Translating complex technical solutions into clear, actionable insights.
  • Driving platform adoption and strong stakeholder management across customers to C-Suite (internal and external).
  • Evaluate project performance, including identifying opportunities for efficiency, streamlining, and duplication removal in the business journey.
  • Conducting post-implementation reviews to support continuous improvement of the customer journey.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of dedicated project management experience in the insurance, SaaS or related industry delivery large scale strategic projects.
  • PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
  • Experience working in an Insurtech or Insurance Service environment.
  • Experience working across UK projects essential (European and US markets an advantage).
  • Exposure to SaaS or platform development.
  • Excellent planning and coordinating skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
