Project Delivery Manager

BOXCEY and Seed Digital are on the lookout for a confident and experienced Project Delivery Manager to join our growing teams. This is a unique opportunity to work across two fast-moving, creative businesses, supporting the successful delivery of projects that span e-commerce, branding, digital content, and web development.

You’ll work closely with the founders, clients, and external partners to make sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are a natural problem-solver, and enjoy making things happen, this could be your perfect next move.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of projects across BOXCEY and Seed Digital

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

• Working directly with the founders to understand business priorities and provide operational insight

• Coordinating suppliers, freelancers, and other external partners to meet quality and timing expectations

• Creating and managing project plans, timelines, and resource allocations

• Ensuring strong collaboration across teams including design, development, marketing, and production

• Proactively identifying and mitigating risks or issues that may affect delivery

• Contributing to the development of internal tools and processes to improve project efficiency

• Maintaining clear documentation and reporting progress regularly to stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing multiple projects, clients, and deadlines

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• A professional and personable approach to client relationships

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve proactively

• Experience with project management tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Notion

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure

What You’ll Get

• A salary of £30,000 – £45,000 per annum depending on experience
