Job summary

MWH Treatment in Hattersley is seeking a Project Support Coordinator to join our hybrid delivery teams across regions. The role provides essential administrative and operational support to project and commercial teams, handling project demand data, GRNs, supplier queries, and equipment hire coordination.

Reporting to the Project Support Manager, you will load project requirements into the P2P system (IFS), maintain records, support data reporting, and help ensure timely payments and project cost

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Experience using P2P systems, ideally IFS, for procurement and project support activities.

Responsibilities

• Load and maintain project demand in the IFS system.
• Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for deliveries.
• Manage supplier invoice queries and liaise with procurement and finance.
• Coordinate hire equipment and maintain records with suppliers.
• Support the commercial team with data entry, analysis and reporting.
