Qualifications

• End-to-end Project Management experience across project lifecycle.
• Experience in Subsea, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing industries preferred.
• Knowledge of Production Control Systems (PCS) preferred.
• Understanding subsea system integration and engineering processes.
• Familiarity with offshore HSE standards and best practices.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of communication protocols and control system architectures.
• PM certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Experience in global or multinational organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of subsea projects with accountability for performance, cost, schedule and quality.
• Develop and implement project strategies aligned with PCS requirements.
• Manage delivery of Production Control Systems, ensuring integration of hardware, software and communications.
• Oversee project planning, execution and performance management.
• Ensure alignment between project scopes and system delivery plans.
• Drive governance through KPIs and performance reviews.
• Manage contract administration, including variations and claims.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for technical compliance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and offshore regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to system integration and projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

End-to-end Project Management experience

Experience in Subsea, Oil & Gas or Manufacturing

Knowledge of PCS (Production Control Systems)

Subsea system integration understanding

Offshore HSE familiarity

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead project execution with a strong focus on project management within subsea oil & gas projects, particularly Production Control Systems (PCS). This role ensures seamless integration of project scopes with highly technical subsea control system delivery.

As a Product Delivery Manager - PCS, you will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of subsea projects with accountability for project performance, cost, schedule, and quality
• Developing and implementing project strategies aligned with production control system project requirements
• Managing delivery of Production Control Systems (PCS), ensuring integration of hardware, software, and communication systems

Oversee project planning, execution, and performance management

• Ensuring alignment between project scopes and overall system delivery plans
• Driving governance through KPIs and performance reviews
• Managing contract administration, including variations and claims
• Collaborating with engineering teams for technical compliance

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven end-to-end Project Management experience, from project initiation through execution and delivery.
• Experience within the Subsea, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Production Control Systems (PCS) is highly preferred.
• Understanding of subsea system integration and associated engineering processes.
• Familiarity with offshore Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and best practices.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of communication protocols and control system architectures.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
• Experience working within global or multinational organizations.
