Project Coordinator (Privacy or Policy with experience in Events)

(12-Month Contract) I Hourly Rate: £40 I Hybrid – 3 days onsite in London, King’s Cross

We’re partnering with a leading global tech Social Media company. We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support a high-impact Privacy Policy team focused on external engagement across the UK and EU.

In this role, you’ll drive cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of project management, communications, and knowledge management, helping advance privacy and data protection efforts across Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project and process management for external engagement programs, including calendar oversight, tracking tools, budget coordination, and vendor management
  • Collaborate with events and programs teams to drive event strategy and delivery
  • Streamline and coordinate internal communications for privacy-related initiatives and stakeholder updates
  • Support knowledge-sharing efforts by managing internal resources, templates, and policy engagement content
  • Work cross-functionally with legal, product, and communications teams to deliver timely and effective outcomes

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management
  • Experience in policy, communications, or client services within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation, drafting, and communication skills
  • Experience working with internal tools such as Google Suite and CRM platforms
  • A background in privacy, technology, or public policy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across stakeholders
