About The Role

proAV is a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships worldwide.


We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Egham team. This role involves supporting project managers and teams by monitoring and implementing operational frameworks. It also includes managing smaller projects where dedicated project managers are not feasible.


The Project Coordinator will assist with administrative tasks, client communication via email and phone, and coordinate project resources such as personnel, information, rooms, and equipment, both independently and in support of Project Managers.


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to contribute to an established operation and drive service improvements. Compensation will reflect experience and seniority.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and support client relationships and their needs.
  2. Ensure projects comply with organizational requirements.
  3. Provide guidance and feedback to project teams.
  4. Act as a communication interface between clients and the business.
  5. Manage and monitor individual and collaborative workloads.
  6. Maintain and update project plans.
  7. Track and report overall project progress.
  8. Administer project budgets and track costs.
  9. Plan and schedule resources across multiple projects.
  10. Monitor resource utilization.
  11. Conduct quality reviews.
  12. Establish and maintain project documentation.
  13. Provide weekly updates to the Operations Manager for executive reporting.
