Arts Council England in the UK is seeking a Project Co-ordinator, Events to help plan, organise and deliver online webinars, workshops, podcasts and in-person events for the Digital Culture Network. You will work as part of a dynamic team with strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
The role supports hybrid and flexible working across multiple UK locations, including Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Birmingham, Brighton, Bristol, Cambridge or Newcastle, with regular on-site days.
Contract: Permanent, working 35 hours per week (Arts Council also recognises the benefit of flexible working as a valued part of the way we work, and welcome applications from individuals who require flexibility)
Salary: £33,643 per annum Grade D plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working.
Location: Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Birmingham, Brighton, Bristol, Cambridge or Newcastle ( The role will be based in any of the locations listed; however, we are operating a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on-site contact days with other members of the team, normally 1-2 days a week)
Introduction:
This role is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Culture Network as our Project Co-ordinator, Events. The Digital Culture Network offers free digital skills advice and training to the creative and cultural sector in England, and our events schedule is a key part of our programme of support.
You will be part of a dynamic team and use your event management skills to plan, organise and deliver our online webinars, workshops, podcast and in-person events. You will also have the opportunity to manage our presence at key sector events and conferences.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering both online and in-person events. You will be a proactive self-starter with an eye for detail and excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will enjoy working collaboratively and be passionate about supporting the arts and cultural sector to thrive.
