Executes and manages operations implementation and operational activities including project management, risk mitigation, resource coordination, and issue resolutions covering multiple geographies, products, and services. Works with internal stakeholders to develop implementation projects. Creates, captures, and maintains innovative and streamlined implementation models to promote optimal implementation execution and customer satisfaction. Provides expert guidance and training to internal and external groups (e.g., shippers, shipper customers, carriers, UPS operations, vendor partners, etc.). Coordinates special projects and improvement initiatives to maximize operations.,

• Support end-to-end cell and gene therapy shipment projects by coordinating daily operations, booking shipments, completing lane mapping, maintaining Maestro system data, and liaising with internal teams, overseas offices, agents, and Control Towers.
• Act as a key client contact, providing shipment tracking updates, responding to day-to-day logistics enquiries, attending client meetings, documenting actions and milestones, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout project lifecycles.
• Monitor shipment progress and compliance requirements, maintaining client-specific documentation, ensuring visibility of regulatory paperwork, escalating issues, and supporting trade compliance activities in partnership with regulatory and operational teams.
• Assist Project Managers with project set-up, billing support, reporting, logistics planning, and continuous process tracking to ensure projects were delivered accurately, compliantly, and in line with customer expectations. Experience in logistics, supply chain, project coordination, customer service, or life sciences operations.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence interacting with clients, internal stakeholders, and international offices.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling shipment documentation, compliance records, and tracking reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
