What you’ll do…

As a Projects Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of large-scale manufacturing infrastructure for battery cells manufacturing, as well as other projects ranging from R&D to offices.

Reporting to the Project Management team, you will be part of the Capital Projects team responsible for implementing building and infrastructure programs to support Agratas’ ambitious plans.

Key activities include:

  1. Coordinating daily activities of small and large-scale capital projects, monitoring schedules, meetings, and milestones.
  2. Supporting management to track project expenses, report financials, and ensure budget adherence.
  3. Collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services meeting project specifications.
  4. Maintaining and updating project documentation, including schedules, reports, and contracts.
  5. Managing the project document storage system for organization, version control, security, and accessibility.

Agratas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons, designs, develops, and manufactures high-quality, sustainable batteries for mobility and energy sectors. Based in the Midlands, UK, we are building a battery manufacturing facility in Bridgwater, Somerset.
