Our client, a boutique executive-search firm with lovely west-end based offices, is seeking a project coordinator/assistant to join them on a 3-month contract basis. Starting asap, and covering for a colleague on sick leave, the role is also designed to support the team through a particularly busy period and may well be extended or even go permanent depending on the business needs.
Certainly seeking a candidate who can commit until September, the client is looking for an organized, reliable, and client-facing individual who has worked in search or recruitment-heavy admin roles before.
The role includes PA duties such as diary and calendar management, travel booking, expenses, as well as search-specific tasks like interview scheduling, research, and collating BD/marketing collateral. It requires excellent attention to detail and a first-rate communicator, capable of offering project admin support in a fast-paced environment. Working as part of a high-performance team, there is scope for development and increased client-facing responsibilities as the candidate's understanding of the business grows. The company offers a very generous hybrid model – 2 days in the office – and we are seeking a trustworthy, capable, and self-motivated candidate who can work effectively from home.
