Job summary

Astute is partnering with a leading commercial solar and energy storage installer in the UK to recruit a Project Coordinator for its Somerset site.

The role offers a salary up to £40,000 and a 37.5 hour week (8am to 4:30pm). You will support coordination, procurement, records, grid connection work and liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in the renewables industry.
• Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Sage).
• Exposure to grid connection processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer renewable energy projects.
• Raise, track and manage orders, materials and supplier requirements.
• Maintain project records and trackers with Planner/Project/Excel.
• Support procurement and cost tracking with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Assist with grid connection applications and liaise with DNOs.

Astute is partnering with a leading Commercial Solar and Energy Storage Installer in the UK to recruit for a Project Coordinator for its Somerset site.

The Project Coordinator comes with a salary of up to £40,000.

Responsibilities and duties of the Project Coordinator role:

• Support the coordination and administration of renewable energy projects, using internal procurement systems to raise, track and manage orders, materials and supplier requirements
• Maintain accurate project records, schedules and trackers using Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project and Excel, ensuring project information is kept up to date and accessible to the wider team
• Support project procurement and cost tracking, working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure materials, equipment and services are procured in line with project requirements and timescales
• Assist with the coordination and administration of grid connection applications, liaising with relevant stakeholders, DNOs and external organisations where required
• Provide general project support across multiple renewable energy projects, helping to coordinate activities, monitor progress and ensure key actions and deadlines are followed throughCore Hours:

8am - 4:30pm
