Engineering Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Solar Coordinator to handle the end-to-end sales process for domestic solar PV and battery storage projects. The role focuses on converting enquiries into quotations, coordinating installations, and delivering excellent aftercare.

You will work with a team of renewable energy professionals to provide technically sound solutions, support customers through sizing and project planning, and ensure quality and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in solar PV and battery storage projects.
• Strong understanding of domestic solar PV and battery storage.
• Experience managing customer enquiries, quotations, or technical sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process for domestic solar PV and battery storage projects
• Review customer requirements and provide suitable solar and battery storage solutions
• Prepare customer quotations and technical proposals for solar PV and battery projects
• Liaise with customers from initial enquiry through to project completion and aftercare
• Support customers with product options, system benefits, and project information
• Work closely with installation teams to support smooth project delivery
• Provide technical support to customers, engineers, installers, and internal teams
• Assist with system sizing, specification, and project planning where required
• Coordinate materials, installation dates, documentation, and handover information
• Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, project notes, and technical documentation
• Support aftercare queries and identify opportunities for additional products or services
• Maintain a strong focus on customer service, quality, compliance, and operational efficiency

• Previous experience within solar PV, battery storage, renewable energy, electrical, or domestic energy systems
• Strong understanding of domestic solar PV and battery storage projects

• Good technical knowledge with the ability to support customers and installation teams
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality service
• Full UK Driving Licence advantageous
