Job description

An excellent opportunity to join an award-winning business as a Project Coordinator.

The role will be office-based, with the candidate attending and supporting the project manager in meetings in London and Hertfordshire.

All travel is paid

Responsibilities: Project Coordinator.

  • Assist in planning and executing project activities and timelines
  • Maintain project documentation including plans, reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate notes
  • Track project progress using spreadsheets and project management tools
  • Support project communication across teams and stakeholders
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks and support issue resolution
  • Perform administrative duties related to the project life-cycle

Requirements: Project Coordinator.

  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and basic project management tools e.g Trello, Asana, Jira, MS Project or Teams, smart sheet desirable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Desirable (Nice to Have): Project Coordinator.

  • Internship or work experience in a project-driven environment
  • Certification such as CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or similar
