Job summary

Hunter International, Inc. seeks an experienced project management professional to support CSU and deliver NATO/CIS projects in the UK. You will act as CSU liaison, analyze local support needs, and plan activities while managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities include coordinating CSU project management activities in line with NATO rules and NCI Agency procedures to ensure timely, compliant delivery across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and at least 2 years of relevant post-degree experience.
• 2 years extensive and progressive experience in duties related to the position.
• Experience advising on small- to medium-scale projects.
• Knowledge of System Analysis, distributed IS, and networks to coordinate with SMEs.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Project Management, NATO procedures, CIS policy and organization.
• Post Graduate diploma in an IS engineering related subject.

• Providing support to external Project Managers and delivering projects across the lifecycle.
• Acting as CSU focal point for incoming queries and planning activities.
• Coordinating CSU project management activities per NATO regulations and NCI policies.

Job description

• Bachelor's degree from a nationally recognized/certified university in a related discipline and at least 2 years of relevant post-degree experience. Alternatively, in the absence of a university degree, at least 2 years of extensive and progressive experience in duties related to the position, demonstrating abilities or expertise of particular interest to the NCI Agency ;
• Experience in project management involving the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs, including the acquisition and use of required resources and skills within agreed cost, schedule, and quality parameters ;
• Experience in advising on, defining, documenting, and ensuring the successful completion of small- to medium-scale projects.
• Knowledge of System Analysis principles and Information Systems development, with sufficient technical understanding of distributed Information Systems, Command and Control Information Systems, and wide and local area networks to effectively coordinate with technical SMEs and project stakeholders ;
• Knowledge of ITIL, Project Management, IKM, IS engineering, NATO resource management procedures, knowledge of policy, procedures, and organization of NATO CIS ;
• Post Graduate diploma in an IS engineering related subject.

Duties/role:

• Providing support to various external Project Managers in supporting and delivering assigned projects, and providing local oversight of project delivery throughout the project lifecycle ;
• Acting as the CSU focal point for all incoming queries from external Project Managers requesting CSU support, conducting initial analyses of local support requirements, planning and scheduling activities, and managing stakeholder expectations ;
• Coordinating and facilitating all CSU project management activities in accordance with NATO regulations and NCI Agency project management policies and procedures.
