The Role
We re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our London studio. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting projects behind the scenes, keeping things running smoothly, and playing a key part in the success of a busy, creative team.
What You ll Be Doing
Helping to coordinate project activities and documentation across the studio
Using project management platforms like Asite, Conject, Aconex, 4Projects, or DocHosting
Keeping track of project timelines, documents, and deadlines
Communicating clearly with internal teams and external partners
Supporting the project team with admin tasks, reports, and presentations
Maintaining high-quality and accurate records using Microsoft Office tools
Working closely with engineers, architects, and other team members
What We re Looking For
We need someone who is:
Experienced (at least 2 years) in a similar role in an engineering, architecture, or design studio
Organised and detail-oriented, with a methodical approach to work
Skilled in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and confident with project management systems
Friendly, proactive, and confident someone who s great to have on a team
Flexible and able to manage your time well, whether you re working alone or with others
A clear communicator with good spoken and written English
Interested in design, buildings, engineering, or the arts
Experience using InDesign would be a bonus, but it s not essential
