Position: Project Coordinator

Location: Office based, commutable from Leicester, Northampton, Rugby, Loughborough, Nuneaton, Wellingborough.

Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45-5pm

This role provides a varied and exciting workload where you can take the next steps as a Project Coordinator within a stable company that has just moved into a brand-new office. This company has been established for over 20 years and is an industry leader working with a host of household brand names such as The North Face, Superdry, Weetabix, Mulberry, Sketchers, and many more. Due to continued expansion and success, they are looking for motivated individuals to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work alongside and assist the Projects Lead on a host of varied projects.
  2. Assist the Sales Team.
  3. Take on some general administrative duties.

Administrative duties include:

  1. Sales and Order Processing.
  2. Credit Control.
  3. Issuing Invoices (Admin experience not required).

The Ideal Candidate:

Will be an experienced Project Coordinator with an appetite for development. Ideally, candidates will have experience in an industry such as Shopfitting, Retail Design, Interior Design, Point of Sale, Bespoke Manufacturing, Exhibits, or similar. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a position in which they can develop their skills, face progression opportunities, and experience an exciting, varied workload.

Experience:

  1. Project Coordinator/Project Assistant/Junior Project Manager/Project Administrator/Project Planner - all encouraged to apply.
  2. Excellent organisational skills.
  3. Keen eye for detail.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Packages.
