Up to £36,000 per annum + great benefits

A great opportunity to be part of a growing PMO function within a highly reputable organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and organisational support for project and programme delivery
  • Maintain up-to-date records of project progress
  • Track and report on project actions and milestones
  • Liaise with stakeholders and coordinate project-related activities
  • Organise and service meetings (agendas, minutes, follow-ups)

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Highly organised and proactive
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong IT and digital tool proficiency (MS Office, especially Excel, and project tracking systems)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with project or programme environments

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience in a project support or project coordination role
  • Understanding of project lifecycle and governance
  • Experience working within public sector or local government settings
