Our PMO Bristol Southwest team is expanding its Controls community. We seek passionate candidates across all professional and managerial levels to support early careers, grow into leadership roles, and foster our values, especially 'Bringing out the best in Everyone.'

With regional growth including new Major Programmes, Projects, and Clients, we seek flexible and mobile Planning, Scheduling, Performance Reporting, and Risk Management professionals to serve our local region. Travel within the South West may be required, offering exposure to diverse sectors such as Water, Rail, Mass Transit, Local Authority, and Shipyards. This role offers autonomy to apply expertise, professional development opportunities, and support from our network of line managers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Tailoring reporting processes to meet client needs and best practices.
2. Delivering performance and reporting management plans based on project requirements.
3. Promoting the benefits of Performance Reporting & Analytics within project teams.
4. Maintaining reporting systems to track project controls performance.
5. Establishing a robust Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) with the Integrated Project Team.
6. Implementing reporting calendars for consistent performance data delivery.
7. Collaborating with project controls and digital teams on data requirements and system implementation.
8. Leading development and analysis of corporate datasets.
9. Providing guidance on data quality issues.
10. Preparing governance materials for projects, programmes, and portfolios.
11. Identifying performance recovery strategies for stakeholders.
12. Supporting development of KPIs and performance measures.
13. Creating project performance reports and dashboards with recommendations.
14. Preparing presentations for governance forums and reviews.
15. Contributing to communities of practice and training team members on reporting processes.

Essential experience includes working in project or programme environments, understanding interactions with other Project Controls aspects, and proficiency in data analysis tools like Power BI. Knowledge of Project Controls software such as Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys is desirable.
