With exciting growth in region including new Major Programmes, Projects and Clients, we’re looking for flexible and mobile Planning and Scheduling / Performance Reporting / Risk Management candidates to deliver services in our local region. Travel within the Midlands is required, dependent on the project and can be discussed further during the recruitment process. Working alongside project delivery teams as part of a wider reporting & performance management team or independently with reach back support to experienced performance & reporting professionals, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Additional responsibilities include establishing a robust Performance Measurement Baseline, rolling out reporting calendars, defining requirements for information management systems, leading data analysis and maintenance, providing guidance on data quality, preparing governance materials, identifying performance recovery strategies, developing KPIs, creating performance reports and dashboards, preparing presentations for governance forums, contributing to communities of practice, and training team members.
Qualifications include experience in a project or programme environment, understanding of Project Controls interactions, track record in reporting and data requirements documentation, familiarity with software such as Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys, and data analysis tools like Power BI, and an understanding of data architecture and models.
