Job title: Project Controls Manager

Hours of work: 40 Hours Per Week – Fully Site Based

Main Responsibilities

• As the Project Controls Manager you will manage, administer and maintain the Project Cost Forecasting & Cost Management systems.
• You will develop a suitable control system in order to assist in cost, time and performance management.
• You will be responsible for managing project costs including planning, developing, controlling and forecasting the projects budgets.
• You will co-ordinate and submit KPI information to client, including internal liaison with relevant team member for required supporting input and information.
• You will administer monthly internal cost / value reconciliation and assist and other Commercial team members in submitted payments application and other client require reports.
• You will advise project team of cost coding and budgets for the preparation of requisitions & subcontract orders.

Experience/Qualifications

• All candidates must have 5 years experience with cost management systems – Essential
• All candidate must hold a degree or equivalent in relevant industry – Essential
• Candidates must be Proficient in using Microsoft Excel – Advanced – Essential
• Candidates will have great attention to detail, analytical and organisational skills
• Candidates must have previous Nuclear site projects experience
• Candidates preferably will have experience/worked in Civil or Construction industry previously – Desirable

Please note: All candidates MUST be eligible to work in the UK and be able to obtain SC Security Clearance.
