Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED in London is seeking a Project Controller to oversee scheduling, budgeting and risk management across client projects. You will monitor timelines, report on progress and ensure financial health using ERP, Primavera and MS Project.

Based in London with travel as required, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the South East, manage multiple projects and drive performance through KPIs and sound cost control.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Scheduling, Planning, Cost Control and Risk Management.
• Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Project Management tools (ERP, Primavera, MS Project).
• A relevant qualification such as from APM (PMQ, PPQ), PRINCE2 or PMP would be of benefit.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Management – Timeline Oversight: Ensure project activities are scheduled realistically and adjusted as needed while monitoring critical paths and dependencies to avoid delays.
• Performance Reporting – Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress and milestones to ensure timelines are met. Develop and report KPIs to stakeholders.
• Risk Management – Identify Risks: Work with the project team to identify financial, scheduling, and resource-related risks.
• Financial Management and Cost Control – Budgeting, Forecasting and Cost Monitoring.
• Tools and Systems Management - System Utilisation: Manage and optimise the use of project management tools (ERP, Primavera, MS Project).
