Responsibilities

• Producing and maintaining accurate forecasts and project controls data aligned with CBS/WBS.
• Accurately maintain all project controls data for their area of responsibility within project controls software systems (e.g. Ecosys, P6, ARM).
• Coordinate and produce project controls reports to a defined reporting cycle with commentary on drivers and performance issues.
• Assist in the trend and change process, including analysis at project level and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Delivers clear and concise insights to support robust decision-making using commercial and technical information.
• Analytical support for project controls managers and senior project controls engineers to facilitate prioritisation and actions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across boundaries to achieve mutually successful outcomes aligned with HPC values.
• Apply fundamental project and business project controls principles and interfaces with wider management processes.
• Help promote governance, risk awareness and compliance; educate on reporting functionality and provide improvement feedback.
• Ensure all project documents, especially sensitive nuclear information, are properly marked and protected per EDF policies.
