As a Project Controls Engineer, you'll uphold our reputation for high-quality work and integrity. Your role will involve supporting project teams on high-profile schemes within complex infrastructure sectors, managing project time, cost, and quality targets, and overseeing communication and governance for successful delivery across projects in Transportation, Infrastructure, and Energy sectors.

Your Purpose

1. Support the Project Controls Manager (PCM) in establishing, monitoring, and managing the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), and collate KPIs & progress data related to time, cost, risk, change, and quality for reporting to senior leaders.
2. Assist the PCM in developing and implementing performance measurement systems such as earned value management, integrating them into periodic reports.
3. Help develop and improve change control processes, facilitate change forums, escalate approval-required change papers, and coordinate change impact assessments to support 'best for Programme' decisions.
4. Lead periodic and ad-hoc reporting, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness of reports, including the monthly project review pack.
5. Integrate schedule, cost, scope, quality, change, and risk data to provide a comprehensive view of project health and support decision-making.
6. Undertake maturity assessments to identify improvement areas and implement initiatives to enhance project control functions.
