Job summary

Belcan seeks a proactive Project Controller to support project delivery from start to finish in a UK-based environment. You will work with Project Managers, engineers and stakeholders to track budgets, forecasts, and deadlines across multiple projects.

The role requires 1-2 years in project controls or related roles, strong Excel abilities, and experience with CRM/ERP systems; excellent analytical and communication skills are essential, with UK SC Clearance eligibility expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in Project Controls, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Eligible to obtain UK SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and close projects within the ERP system.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, costs, and performance.
• Produce and analyse project reports, KPIs, and financial data.
• Support invoicing, cost reconciliation, and payment tracking.
• Identify risks, budget deviations, and support change control activities.
• Prepare accurate reporting for customer and internal reviews.
• Maintain project data integrity and support audit requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
