Job summary

Pointer Ltd. are recruiting a Project Engineer/Commissioning Engineer to oversee the successful installation and commissioning work on our projects in a safe, efficient manner, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction to ensure the successful delivery to plan and budget.

Your expertise will ensure the seamless deployment of advanced security systems, consistently delivering high-quality service that exceeds client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience installing similar equipment.
• ECS/CSCS card and full UK driving licence.
• High level of experience with access control and IP CCTV systems.
• Experience with specified equipment (Galaxy, AXIS, Bosch, Adpro, PIDS).
• CDM regulations knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality installations of IP CCTV, intruder and PIDS systems on projects.
• Work with specialist sub-contractor resources and coordinate site activity.
• Liaise with clients and attend site meetings to maintain relationships.
• Provide regular project reports and ensure documentation is complete.
• Manage time and programming to meet project plans.
