The Faculty of History wishes to recruit an experienced Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of "Creating the New Economy," an international and interdisciplinary three-day conference, to be held in May 2025 at the University of Cambridge.
The Project Coordinator will oversee the organisation of this event, working closely with the PIs. Responsibilities include managing the budget, liaising with team members and partner institutions, coordinating the arrival, stay, and departure of speakers and guests, and ensuring the smooth running of the conference from planning through to immediate post-event activities.
We seek a highly organized individual with a degree or equivalent, previous experience in an administrative or project role, and advanced knowledge of project coordination. Excellent communication, interpersonal, research, analysis, and reporting skills are essential.
