Role: Project Support & Change Coordinator

Permanent | UK-Based | Up to £45,000

Are you a proactive problem-solver with experience supporting change and transformation projects? This could be your next move.

We’re working with a dynamic business looking for a Project Support & Change Coordinator to help deliver strategic initiatives on time and within budget. You’ll play a key role in planning, governance, and implementation across change and transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Support: Assist with project planning, timelines, documentation, and status reporting.
• Change Delivery: Support stakeholders through change and ensure effective communication and transition.
• Team Coordination: Work across departments to allocate resources and monitor progress.
• Governance & Risk: Help identify risks, maintain project documentation, and apply best practices.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organisation, multitasking, and collaboration skills
• Exposure to FCA-regulated environments
• Comfortable using Excel and familiar with tools like Monday.com, Trello, or Power BI
• Basic understanding of financial advice, compliance, or HR systems (e.g. CURO, automation tools, VBA)
• Ideally PRINCE2 qualified or similar
