Job summary

Thefutureworks is recruiting two Project Coordinators in Coventry to support live offsite construction projects. This graduate role offers hands-on experience from design through delivery within a growing sector, with a hybrid work pattern and UK-wide site exposure.

You will work with Project Managers, designers and delivery teams to ensure smooth project flow, develop construction knowledge and build strong stakeholder relationships across the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• Understanding of construction processes, programmes and project delivery.
• Ability to read and understand construction and design drawings.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers, Designers and delivery teams throughout the project life cycle.
• Coordinate project information across multiple departments.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Assist with coordination of design and construction information.
• Visit live project sites across the UK to gain valuable site experience.
• Develop knowledge of project delivery within the offsite construction industry.

We're working with an established and growing organisation within the offsite construction sector, delivering innovative new-build projects across the commercial and education markets.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for two ambitious Project Coordinators to join their team in Coventry.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across live construction projects, working alongside experienced Project Managers, Designers and delivery teams while developing your career within a fast-growing sector.

What will you be doing?

As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping projects run smoothly from design through to delivery.

• Supporting Project Managers, Designers and delivery teams throughout the project life cycle.
• Coordinating project information across multiple departments.
• Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Assisting with the coordination of design and construction information.
• Visiting live project sites across the UK and gaining valuable site experience.
• Developing your knowledge of project delivery within the offsite construction industry.
