Exceptions above the standard range are managed through governance controls to protect internal equity.**Your impact***In this role you will set the technical direction of technology maturation activities on GCAP EW, working with other SDAs to prioritise areas of highest technical risk** *Set the direction for technology maturation activities, ensuring this is coherent with the technical risks identified elsewhere in the project.** *Work with the PEM to ensure SoW is representative of the technical delivery required.** *Work with senior technical stakeholders in the business to ensure technical delivery on the project is complimentary with other low TRL development and technical roadmaps.** *Responsible for providing technical input to the Technical Debt report.** *Key PoC for DA’s and Engineers in helping to mature their Domain knowledge and overall understanding of the GCAP System.** *Establish technical links within the Customer community to capture customer drivers and concerns.** *Work closely with the PEM and procurement to mature the supply chain for the EW system.***What you’ll bring*** *Technology maturation within an industry setting** *EW systems domain knowledge** *Being the technical interface to the End User/customer** *Dealing with challenging customer, end users and suppliers** *Proven ability to proactively push projects forward and being decisive*This is not an exhaustive list, and we are keen to hear from you even if you might not have experience in all the above.
