Bield Housing and Care in Scotland is seeking a Project Change Manager to lead the Projects and Business Planning Team in Edinburgh or Glasgow, with a blend of remote and office-based working for a 12-month maternity cover.
You will support Business Leads to deliver a portfolio of complex transformational projects, manage dependencies, risks and issues, and report progress to the EMT and Leadership Team while building internal change capability.

The role of the Project Change Manager is to support and collaborate with Business Leads and delivery teams to ensure that the programme of projects delivering Bield’s Business Plan are delivered in line with business needs and to time and quality. You will support Business Leads to be effective in tracking and reporting project delivery and progress, and to surface and manage dependencies risks and issues.
You will also support Bield’s Executive Management Team (EMT) and Leadership Team to drive sustainable and meaningful change alongside growing our internal project management and change capacity.
Leading the Projects and Business Planning Team also means line managing Bield’s Project Coordinator and supporting them to deliver their role effectively.

We are looking for an independent and ambitious person to join our Assurance and Business Planning Directorate and lead the Projects and Business Planning Team. This role is to provide maternity cover for our Project Change Manager.
You will use your project and change skills and experience, in conjunction with Bield’s Project and Change Guidance, to deliver a range of complex transformational projects (people, infrastructure, process and systems). You should be a strategic thinker and have strong analytical and communication skills to Interpret and convey complex information.
You will support Bield to implement several transformational change projects outlined in our Strategy and Business Plan.
