Job summary

RGB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Architect for East Cornwall to lead projects from design through to delivery. You will work closely with the Director, manage planning and technical submissions, and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team across the full RIBA spectrum.

The role requires ARB registration, strong project running experience, and solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations, with a hands-on approach to client and consultant relations within a small, flexible

Qualifications

• ARB-registered architect with UK practice experience.
• Proven ability to run projects across design and technical stages.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Excellent client and consultant management with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Run projects independently across all RIBA stages.
• Produce and coordinate design and technical information.
• Manage planning and Building Regulations submissions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and design team.
• Oversee construction stages and address site queries.
• Coordinate with structural engineering and surveying teams.
