PureGym is seeking a Project Architect (6 Month FTC) to join the Property Development Team. This hybrid role involves 1-2 days per week in our London or Leeds offices, with the architectural function driving design across new and refurb projects.

You will be fully accountable for architectural delivery, ensuring brand standards, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to continuous improvement of gym formats and standards.

Competenze

• Qualified Architect with industry recognised certification and credentials.
• Experience of design and delivery of multi-site property developments.
• Experience in large-scale organisations in leisure, retail or hospitality.
• Able to travel as required.
• Strong communication with senior management and stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Architectural delivery of new sites acquisitions and refurbishment from feasibility through design to completion and handover.
• Assess feasibility of new sites before acquisition and identify refurbishment opportunities.
• Provide technical evaluation and design requirements for each site.
• Ensure approved design adheres to brand format requirements and standards.
• Supply input on building control, fire regulations, technical standards, etc.
• Create architectural documentation/outputs for building approvals and consents.
• Contribute to decision making at key stages in the property development process.
• Support continuous improvement of gym formats and standards.
• Represent Development function internally and externally.
