Job summary

Architecture Social Limited is seeking a Project Architect to work on high-end residential schemes in London. You will lead residential projects through design and delivery, coordinating technical drawings and managing client relationships to ensure design intent is carried through to construction.

You should have at least three years post-Part 3 experience in the UK and be proficient in ArchiCAD, with familiarity of Vectorworks, SketchUp or Adobe Photoshop.

Qualifications

• At least three years of post-Part 3 experience in the UK.
• Experience leading residential projects through design and delivery.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential.
• Experience with Vectorworks, SketchUp or Adobe Photoshop preferred.
• Ability to produce high-standard technical drawings.
• Clear communication with clients and consultants.

Responsibilities
